An initial, NEW PATIENT, $35 consult fee & Telehealth visit is required for all products & programs. How to Join:

To join the virtual clinic queue during operating hours, please follow these steps:

1. New Patient Paperwork: To fill out the new patient paperwork, please click the link to the Charm Health booking page, select ANY appointment time, and choose "Consultation for Online Orders."

• First-Time Consultations: There is an initial $35 consultation fee for NEW patients.

• Follow-Up Care and Online Orders:

  • For all online orders, follow-up appointments are included.
